How to improve the service life of laser engraving machines? Daily maintenance of laser engraving machines

1. The continuous operation time should be less than 10 hours per day to ensure the cleanliness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. The water spindle motor must not be short of water, and the cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent excessive water temperature. If the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.

2. After each use of the machine, it is necessary to pay attention to cleaning, and be sure to clean the dust on the platform and transmission system. Regularly (weekly) lubricate and refuel the transmission system (X, Y, Z axes). (Note: The X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis polished rods are maintained with engine oil; high-speed grease is added to the screw rod part; in winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the PRTT ball screw and polished rod (square or circular guide rail) parts should be washed and cleaned with gasoline first, and then oil is added, otherwise it will cause excessive resistance in the machine transmission part and cause the machine to be misaligned.)

When performing maintenance and inspection on electrical appliances, it is necessary to cut off the power supply and wait until the monitor shows no display and the main circuit power indicator light goes out before proceeding.

4. After using the engraving machine for about three months, the fasteners should be inspected, and the connecting screws on both sides of the gantry, the fastening screws of the screw nuts, and the fastening screws of the motors on both sides should be tightened.
