This week, we’ll be laser engraving some cotton shirts along with laser cutting buttons made from wood, acrylic and our TroLase lamacoids.
Engraving cotton can be tricky, make sure your power level is quite low and you use a large lens like a 4″ lens to engrave, this compensates for any unevenness or bumps in the fabric.
With laser cutting buttons, you can customize almost anything including the shape, size, number of holes, engraving pattern or even 3D depth using the relief mode.
