Keep the internal circulating water clean, observe whether the circulating water deteriorates every half a month, change the water regularly and replace the filter element according to the water quality. If the flow of the water pump is too small after changing the water, it is caused by air blockage in the water pump. Press the red key on the water filter to discharge the air in the water system. After the water flow is normal, the air mixed in the water will reduce the water transmittance, affect the laser power and reduce the water flow, When there are bubbles in the transparent hose or at the water return port of the water tank, check whether the water return pipeline leaks and whether the water level of the water tank is low.
3. Regularly remove the dust from the air filter screen. When there is too much dust, remove the filter screen, remove the dust from the filter screen with an air spray gun, water pipe, etc. After removal, let the filter screen dry and then install it again. Generally, clean it once every 2-4 weeks. If the dirt is serious, use a neutral detergent to clean it irregularly. Frequently cleaning the air filter screen can prolong the service life of the chiller and reduce the electric energy consumption of the compressor.
4. Clean the radiator in time according to the dust concentration at the place of use, and the dust accumulation on the radiator can be easily observed from the air inlet side of the case.
