2. In order to improve productivity and save labor, laser cutting is developing towards laser cutting unit (FMC), unmanned and automatic. The development of this cell automation system must rely on the automatic control of cash, network control technology and computer aided production management system technology. A variety of laser cutting units have been available to the market abroad, and an unmanned cutting production line consisting of six large metal laser cutting machines is operating in the factory.
3. Three dimensional solid multi axis CNC laser cutting machine, in order to meet the needs of solid workpiece cutting in automobile, aviation and other industries, a variety of five axis or six axis three-dimensional laser cutting machines have been developed. The number of CNC axes reaches nine, with fast processing speed and high precision. In the automobile production line of advanced countries, laser cutting robots are used more and more.
