This week we’re launching our new segment called the “FLEXX Zone”. In it, we will focus specifically on the FLEXX technology, it’s applications, training, consumables and other tips and tricks.
In this video we laser cut an acrylic jig for anodized aluminum pens as well as for stainless steel metal tags. We engrave both objects as well as a separate lamacoid plastic tag all in one job!
The FLEXX tecnology means that a laser machine has both a CO2 and a Fiber laser source inside. Our FLEXX line includes the Speedy 100, Speedy 300, Speedy 360 and Speedy 400.
The main advantage of have two laser sources in one machine as that you can effectively and efficiently engrave both fiber applications like metals and organic CO2 applications like plastic in the space
of one machine.
