This week, we’re laser cutting name signs or nursery baby signs to be exact out of our brand new TroGlass Pastels cast acrylics. We use our Trotec Speedy 400 laser cutter to create the signs.
To make the signs you need your background material and your top layers. For our background materials we use our Trotec woods, TroLase Metallics and the TroGlass Pastel material itself.
We make sure to kiss-cut the background in order to know where our top layers will be placed. We even engrave, kiss-cut and full-cut our backgrounds to show different possibilities.
For our top layers, we laser cut the pastel acrylics, took the 3M adhesive backing and stuck it on top of our backgrounds.
These custom baby name signs have a great Return-On-Investment as each one is individual and personalized!
