Condition 1: The size of the laser marking machine symbol is wrong.
1. Check whether the workbench is flat and parallel to the lens;
2. Check whether the marking product data is flat;
3. Check whether the marking focal length is correct;
4. The calibration file of symbol software does not match. Please re measure the calibration file, or contact the factory for after-sales guidance.
Condition 2: Laser marking machine symbol device does not light up
1. Check whether the laser power supply is normal and whether the power cord is loose;
2. Check the system parameters and whether the laser type in F3 parameter setting is fiber;
3. Check whether the laser control card signal is normal, and then tighten the screws.
Example 3: Laser marking machine reduces laser power
1. Check whether the power supply is stable and whether the current reaches the additional operating current;
2. Check whether the mirror surface of the laser lens is polluted. If there is any pollution, please stick a cotton swab on absolute alcohol and wipe it quietly. Do not scratch the mirror surface.
3. Check whether other optical lenses are polluted, such as red light combination lens, galvanometer and objective lens;
4. Check whether the laser output light is blocked (ensure that the isolator output is at the same level as the galvo.
5. After the laser is used for 20000 hours, the power is reduced to normal power loss.
There is no optometry method:
1. Check whether the power supply is turned over and judge whether the intelligent fan is rotating;
2. Check whether the computer interface is connected and whether the software settings are correct.
Case 5: The interruption line that suddenly interrupts the symbol process during marking is usually caused by signal disturbance. For such weak and powerful leads, it is not allowed to bind them or walk on one side. The signal wire with shielding function is selected as the signal wire, and then the power supply is selected for grounding. Not very good contact.
Daily attention:
1. When the optical fiber laser marking machine is operating, it is not allowed to contact or collide with the movable beam of the scanning workbench;
2. The laser and optical lens are fragile and should be carefully operated to prevent vibration;
3. If the machine has problems, stop the operation immediately and have it handled by professionals;
4. Pay attention to the switching sequence;
5. Note that the width of the marking machine shall not exceed the working surface;
6. Keep indoor and machine surfaces clean and tidy.
