In this video, we explore the possibility of making a leather wallet from scratch with the use of a CO2 laser and then apply a custom laser engraving with a fiber marker. We first outline and cut out the wallet parts with the SmartShop® Laser|EX, which are then assembled into completion. The Fiber Marker|EM finalizes the piece with a detailed serpent, fitting perfectly with the texture of the leather. With each layer of lasering, new elements appear with enhanced precision and quality, making this machine the ideal candidate for laser marking and etching.

In honor of Independence Day, we created an American Flag solely through the use of our SmartShop EX Laser. Our CO2 laser machine accurately laser cuts through three red, white, and blue 1/4″ acrylic boards to create unique pieces that ultimately shape into a bold American Flag when placed together. The adjustable speed, mode, and power were tuned specifically on our SmartShop EX to laser-cut through this acrylic material and can be adjusted to cut through various other materials like wood, leather, cardboard, and more. Laser Engraving a Coffee Mug – Twin Peaks David Lynch Quote,Laguna Tools

Explore Laguna Laser CNC:
In this quick cut we customized a mug for an employee who is a fan of the show Twin Peaks. She actually drew the design herself which we then scanned into a laser file. We used a rotary turner on the SmartShop® EC Laser to get a proper engraving on the mug. She then took the mug home and painted in the black that you can see in the final shots.
