Before using the laser cutting machine, first turn on the water pump to fill the laser tube with water. During the operation of the machine, regularly check the water circulation to ensure that the water circulation inside the laser tube is normal and smooth. Do not bend or block the cooling water pipes! The water in the water tank must be kept clean, and the water temperature during operation must not exceed 35 degrees;
2. This laser product is a specific fixture model, and there is a risk of the fixture handle encountering the laser head. Remember to lay it flat and upside down before cutting. The laser head manufacturer does not guarantee whether the side is damaged.
3. The laser generated inside the laser tube has high-temperature burning properties. Please pay attention to the optical path of the laser during work (especially pay attention to dimming) to avoid being burned by the laser. Remember not to put your skin under the laser head when working;
4. When the laser cutting machine is working, especially during cutting, please pay attention to the interference of surrounding electronic devices and do not place communication devices such as mobile phones near the machine;
5. The laser cutting machine is strictly prohibited from operating at full power for a long time, with a maximum cutting power of 90%~95%;
6. It is strictly prohibited to place flammable and explosive materials near the laser cutting machine to prevent laser deviation from causing fires;
7. It is strictly prohibited to place irrelevant total reflection or diffuse reflection objects in the equipment to prevent laser direct reflection on the human body or flammable objects;
8. Non professional personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling the machine without authorization, as there are lasers and high-voltage components inside the machine;
9. If the machine malfunctions or catches fire, please immediately cut off the power supply;
10. During the operation of the machine, the operator must always observe the working condition of the machine (such as whether the paper laid on the hook edge is blown high by the air pump to block the laser, abnormal machine sound, circulating water temperature, etc.), and strictly prohibit the operator from leaving;
11. Follow the machine switch sequence: When starting, first turn on the water pump (chiller), then turn on the air pump power switch, then turn on the workbench panel switch, and finally turn on the laser switch. After turning off the laser switch, turn off the power switch, and finally turn off the water pump (chiller)
When processing workpieces, it is necessary to turn on the smoke exhaust and air blowing equipment (air compressor) to avoid smoke and dust pollution of the focusing and reflecting lenses, otherwise it will affect the focusing and reflection of the lenses, indirectly affecting the processing strength and accuracy.
13. Cleaning of reflective and focusing lenses: Hold the reflective lens with your fingers, dip the camera cleaning paper in cleaning solution with the other hand, gently drag the surface of the lens, and do not press the lens with your fingers to avoid scratches; Alternatively, gently wipe the focusing lens with a cotton swab dipped in camera cleaning solution until it is clean.
14. Formal processing. For materials that have not been seen before, the principle of low to high power should be followed.
15. Change the water with a clean water pipe or basin. Do not use an oily basin to avoid oil stains on the inner wall of the laser tube, which can seriously affect the service life of the laser tube.
