If it is caused by light deviation or uneven working surface, it is necessary to adjust the light and level the working surface. Sometimes the light deviation is caused by deformation of the guide rail, and sometimes it is necessary to adjust the guide rail.

7. When cutting, sometimes the two ends cut into each other or sometimes separate?

If the fixing screw of the synchronous wheel is loose or there is a problem with the motor wire, it is best to replace all the motor wires in one group instead of replacing one or two separately.

8. Is the chiller prone to high temperature alarms in summer?

The weather is too hot, and the chiller has poor heat dissipation or insufficient cooling capacity. Homemade chillers do not have the problem of insufficient cooling capacity. Generally, the heat sink is too dirty and the ventilation system is poor, leading to an alarm. Small chillers usually have insufficient cooling capacity, so the temperature difference can be increased and the alarm temperature can be appropriately raised to solve the problem.

First, the signal temperature is unstable, including the light signal and the water chiller signal, then check whether the potentiometer has poor contact, and finally check whether the power supply is broken.

10. Can’t the startup car move if it doesn’t return to its original position?

It’s all because the car motor is not powered on, and the laser head can be easily pushed by hand when turned on. The cause of the malfunction is that the 48V power supply is broken or the self-protection is faulty. It can be turned off for ten minutes before turning on, and if it’s not ready, replace it with a 48V switch power supply.

11. Cut a few minutes and the light from the laser tube becomes very weak?

There are three possibilities: there is a power problem, the laser tube is broken, and the output frequency of the laser tube in the software is incorrect.

12. Does the cart often shake violently when moving?

If there is a problem with the servo limit line or limit, changing the line or limit can solve it.
