1. Stability

2. Perpendicularity

The perpendicularity of the cutting edge is very important. If the cutting head is not calibrated, the cutting edge will deviate from the place specified in the program instructions, so the cutting prototype does not meet the actual needs.

4. Coaxiality judgment
During the calibration of the laser cutting equipment, if the air flow center is different from the beam center, the spark splashes unevenly in all directions when cutting carbon steel plate holes, at this time, it is generally corrected by translating the air flow center, that is, translating the nozzle, and then conducting the carbon steel plate hole drilling test to observe whether the spark splashes evenly. If it is not uniform, adjust it again, The coaxiality between the air flow center and the beam center must be adjusted to an ideal state.
