For machinery working in high temperature areas, the viscosity grade of the oil should be properly improved, and the temperature of the fat oil is easy to change, so as to ensure lubrication without impurities. Carefully check the straightness of the cutting table and rail of the laser cutting machine and the perpendicularity of the machine, and timely maintain and debug if abnormal. The guide rail shall be cleaned and lubricated frequently, and the motor shall also be cleaned and lubricated regularly to keep the machine in the best state at all times.
