Two CMS Laser marking systems that use robotic part handling for the entire marking process. The first system is completely automated and is ready to be inserted into the client’s conveyor line. A rotary table has a part being marked as the next one is loaded, keeping productivity at peak levels. A vision verification system is in place to ensure all parts meet parameters, and tube at the front of the system can be used for any parts out of tolerance, or for manual inspection.
The second machine has manually loaded trays with robotics handling all part movement from the tray to the laser and back.
