4. Clean the oil filter
Replace a new part every 2000 hours.
Otherwise, the oil will affect the cutting effect
5. Clean the oil-gas separator
A new part needs to be replaced every 4000 hours.
For the oil gas compressor, the function of the oil-water separator is to separate the oil in the air from the water in the air, so it will accumulate for a long time and affect the filtering efficiency, without replacing or cleaning the oil-water separator
6. Clean the pressure valve
Clean every 4000 hours and check whether the opening pressure is normal.
7. Check the safety valve
Check every 4000 hours if the operation is sensitive.
8. Check the drive belt
The sealing degree shall be adjusted every 2000 hours, the wear condition shall be checked every 4000 hours, and the replacement shall be determined according to the wear condition.
9. Motor maintenance
Carry out maintenance according to the motor operation manual.
