Note 1: Before using the laser cutting machine to process the workpiece, the three-dimensional coordinate system of the laser cutting machine must be adjusted and calibrated according to the actual processing situation, the nature of the processing materials and the requirements of the processing shape.
Note 2: Before the operation of the laser cutting machine, check whether the stability of the workbench and the feeding speed of the workpiece meet the requirements.
The stability of the worktable of the laser cutting machine determines the firmness of the workpieces when they are fixed on the worktable. If the workpieces are not fixed firmly on the worktable, the machining accuracy will be inaccurate, resulting in unqualified workpieces. Therefore, the workbench must be placed stably before processing. And the moving speed of the worktable is tested to make the moving speed of the worktable meet the requirements of processing standards.
