Moistureproof and moistureproof maintenance measures
1. Before starting up, check the peripheral environment of the machine tool and whether the electrical cabinet has abnormal phenomena such as water ingress or moisture;
2. Improve the operating environment of the laser, such as adopting air conditioning room, installing dehumidification device and other measures;
3. In a humid environment, desiccant can be properly placed inside the electrical cabinet to alleviate humidity.
How to maintain the laser cutting machine daily: 1. Strengthen equipment maintenance: ensure the normal and reliable operation of the equipment, signal alarm and normal operation of the starting device; 2. Preparatory rescue measures: prepare appropriate waterproof tools in the plant during the rainy season. When the flood may spill into the workshop, immediately block the relevant entrance with straw bags, soil bags or quick setting cement, and clean the drainage ditch; 3. Personal protection: strengthen the safety awareness training of factory personnel, and pay attention to the weather forecast at any time.
If the laser cutting machine has been soaked in the flood, please handle it as follows after the flood recedes:
1. Laser generator.
2. For the machine head soaked in water: first remove the inlet valve, pour diesel or kerosene into the rotor to drain the water, and then pour the engine oil in to drain the cleaning oil.
3. For electrical parts such as frequency converter and controller soaked in water: first open the frequency converter panel, dry the inside of the frequency converter with a dry towel, and then dry the drive board, main board, lightning protection board, inverter module and fan with a small blower, and then scrub them with board washing water or alcohol, and then dry them with a small blower, scrub them again about an hour, and then dry them with hot air. After cleaning and drying, do not start the inverter immediately after it is installed. After half an hour of power on, do not start the inverter until there is no abnormality.
4. Contactors, transformers and switches soaked in water: for contactors above 65, the contactors can be disassembled, the contact groups and other components can be wiped with plate washing water or alcohol, dried with a blower, and the coils should be irradiated and dried with Yuba bulbs. For small contactors and small switches, it is recommended to replace them directly.
5. Motor soaked in water: remove the motor end cover, remove the accumulated water, blow dry with a blower, and then dry: low temperature pre drying, temperature control at 50~70 ℃, and drying time at 8~14 hours. High temperature drying; The temperature is controlled at 80~100 ℃, and the drying time is 1 hour. The drying time of small motors is short, while that of large motors is long. Use a 500~1000V insulation resistance meter to measure the insulation resistance of the winding every hour. The insulation resistance of the motor after drying should be greater than 5M Ω. If it does not reach the insulation resistance, continue drying.
