If the parallelism of the machine is not installed properly, and the machine will not be stable when it is running, it will also vibrate during the running process, and the cut products will also be generated by saw teeth.
Third, the lens is not locked.
Sometimes, if the lens is not locked, the lens will vibrate when the machine is running, and the light will also vibrate when the machine is cutting, so the cut product will not work well, and there will also be saw teeth.
Fourth, the gear gear seat and so on.
If the gear seat has its edge close to the seat, causing slippage, etc., it also causes this to happen.
- The slider is worn.
There is wear in the slider or there is a lot of stuff in the beads of the slider, and it vibrates when it runs on the rail. So when cutting the material, there will be a lot of saw teeth.
- The guide rails are not parallel.
The two guide rails in the Y direction are not installed in parallel. When they are running, they will be stuck, and there will also be saw teeth when cutting.
If the laser cutting machine has serrations when cutting, you can press the laser head with your hand to prevent it from shaking when it is running. If you do not press it with your hand, it must be a slider problem; Check the belts and gears. If there is a new machine, it must be not installed properly when it was installed, or its control drive and motor are not matched.
