There are some precautions when using the laser marking machine in daily life. Especially in winter, when the weather is cold, we should pay more attention when using the laser equipment to prevent equipment damage due to operational problems. In particular, ten points for attention are summarized:
1. In any case, before turning on the acoustooptic power supply, make sure that the acoustooptic device is fully cooled by water, otherwise the acoustooptic device will be burned. Be sure to pay attention to the starting sequence of the laser marking machine and the shutdown sequence. Don’t be careless.
2. The shell of the marking machine must be reliably grounded, otherwise it may cause damage to the precision galvanometer part and damage to the YAG rod and laser.
3. In order to prevent dust from entering the optical path, computer and laser power supply and causing static electricity, necessary dust prevention measures should be taken, and the laser marking machine should not be placed at the lower air outlet, intersection and places where dust is easily blown in. If the area is limited, the gray road shall be covered by blocking. It is enough to pay attention to this problem in terms of dust prevention. There will be no other fault causes.
4. After laser marking, the vaporized gas on the surface of the workpiece rises, and a part of it condenses on the surface of the field mirror directly above. After use for a period of time, it will affect the light. Generally, check the field mirror every few months to see if there are translucent oil stains like oil splashes. If yes, use industrial anhydrous alcohol and medical degreased cotton ball to gently wipe it from the inner circle to the outer circle, and check whether there is cotton lint on it. If yes, gently wipe it off. Please wait for the alcohol to evaporate before starting the laser marking machine.
5. When there is no laser, it is forbidden to arbitrarily adjust the reflector frame, otherwise the laser may not output laser. Unless there is a punch or other source near the laser marking machine, there is no need to readjust the optical path, so there is no need to worry about such failures and problems.
6. Another area that is easily overlooked is the water chiller. Due to different heat dissipation conditions in winter and summer, the median value of the circulating temperature should be set at 25 ℃ and 28 ℃ respectively. In order to reduce the scaling of the circulating water, pure water should be used, and the water should be changed every 1 to 2 months according to the use frequency. The filter screen should be cleaned every half a year, and the filter element should be cleaned every 1-2 years. And pay attention to the water volume of the water cooler. When the water volume is less than two-thirds of the full water, it is necessary to add water. Pay attention to the change of water quality and replace the cooling water regularly.
7. Note that the computer should not be infected with viruses. Before using the USB flash drive, the USB flash drive should be disinfected. Record some parameter values at ordinary times. Even when the laser software is reinstalled due to infection, you can fill in the parameter values in order to ensure that the marking quality is not affected.
8. In addition, there are many electrical parts in the laser marking machine. Do not place the laser marking machine in the rain.
9. Both ends of the connecting pipe must be strictly leak tested, otherwise the cooling system will not be able to cool.
10. The wrong operation sequence will cause the laser to not work properly.
