Treatment of dust from laser cutting machine

For the daily use of the laser cutting machine, it is inevitable to produce a certain amount of dust. What should we do with these dust? Here are two methods for dust treatment.
1. Dry treatment (dry cutting)
It is to add a set of smoke and dust capture device for the cutting work platform, and transport the captured smoke and dust directly to the smoke and dust filtration and purification equipment, and then discharge it after the unified filtration treatment reaches the standard. The smoke generated by cutting is basically formed below the workpiece cut, so the suction negative pressure cutting platform has become a common smoke collection device at present.
In order to save equipment investment and improve the efficiency of ventilation, that is, to achieve a high amount of smoke and dust collection with a small amount of air suction – only the area in the process of cutting is subject to dust suction, so the cutting platform will be divided into (uniform) closed small areas along the direction of the main guide rail of the cutting machine, with air outlets on the side. The working forms of suction openings are divided into side suction movable suction openings and side wall valve suction openings. The former is widely used because of its simple structure, reliable operation and good dust removal effect.
2. Wet treatment (wet cutting)
In fact, it is to make a water bed cutting platform, place the workpiece in the water or water surface, and then complete the cutting operation under the water or close to the water surface. Use water to capture the smoke and dust generated during the cutting process, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the environment.
