In the metal processing and manufacturing industry, many enterprises will use optical fiber laser cutting machine to help enterprises improve production capacity and efficiency. As for the common use habits of laser cutting machine, good startup and shutdown habits must be maintained. This can prevent accidents and prolong the service life and stability of the machine. The optical fiber laser cutting machine shall be operated by special personnel. In case of multi person operation, a main operator must be designated, and the startup and shutdown operations must be strictly implemented.
Startup sequence:
1. Check whether there are objects that affect the safe operation of the machine tool within the operating range of the machine tool;
2. Turn on the main power switch and each branch control power switch of the optical fiber laser cutting machine;
3. Open the voltage regulator and check whether it works normally;
4. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser, and use your own air conditioner or internal desuperheater to let the fiber laser run for more than 30 minutes;
5. After the power switch of the fiber laser works for 20 minutes, turn on the air compressor and check whether the air compressor works normally.
6. Open the air control valve of the air circuit, open the cold dryer, check whether the operation of the cold dryer is normal, and check whether the air pressure is normal;
7. Open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve according to the cutting needs, and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;
8. Turn on the power switch of the machine tool and press the power button to start the machine tool control system. When the control system starts normally, the machine tool returns to the original point.
9. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser for more than 30 minutes, and then turn on the cooler to check whether the cooler operates normally
10. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature ± 1 ℃, pressurize the fiber laser and check whether the fiber laser works normally;
11. Open the exhaust fan or dust remover, and check whether the operation of the exhaust fan or dust remover is normal, and whether the optical fiber laser cutting machine is in the state to be cut.
Correct shutdown sequence:
1. Preparation before shutdown A First move the cutting head to the highest point, and then stop the X and Y axes at a safe position. b。 Replace the table or stop the table in a safe position.
2. Turn off the high voltage power supply of the laser, turn off the low voltage power supply of the laser, wait for about 3 minutes, and then turn off the main power supply of the laser (the laser can turn off the power supply of the laser immediately). Turn off all key switches on the laser cabinet and remove them to ensure safety.
3. Press the emergency stop button on one side of the machine tool control panel, turn off the key switch, and then remove the key for safekeeping. Exit the operation page of the CNC system, and turn off the power of the main control cabinet of the machine tool when the page prompts that the power can be turned off.
4. Turn off the power of cooler and dryer.
5. Turn off the regulated power supply.
6. Before turning off the laser gas, please turn off all auxiliary cutting gas.
7. Turn off the power of the air compressor, and then open the drain valve of the air box.
