In the daily marking production and processing, we occasionally encounter that the marking lines are not straight. If the bending is very small and we do not pay attention, it is generally difficult to find, especially if the marking is made in large font. Although this situation does not greatly affect the appearance of the marking font, once this phenomenon is found, no matter how serious it is, it must be solved immediately, because if this phenomenon continues, it will certainly lead to greater failures of the laser marking machine, especially the problems of the galvanometer part. The direct cause of the bending curve is the inaccurate positioning of the galvanometer, which is caused by shaking. The causes of inaccurate galvanometer positioning and jitter are analyzed as follows:
1. The interference of galvanometer signal, such as the signal ground and ground of signal line are not connected; There is interference between the signal line and the RF line of drive Q, which can be detected by turning off drive Q; The signal wire is damaged, such as the shielding layer.
2. There is something wrong with the galvanometer itself. The potentiometer, capacitor or other components of the galvanometer are broken or their values have changed: there is something wrong with the motor; The motor and motor frame are not insulated.
3. The main problem with the marking card is that there is a problem with the DA card, the DA card conversion is not good, or there is a problem with the large card.
4. Problems with the computer, software not installed properly, drivers not updated, drivers not completely installed, viruses in the computer, etc. can all be caused.
