1. Reduce the oxygen pressure

2. Use air cutting

Air cutting by laser cutting machine will improve the hole burst phenomenon, but the cutting speed will be reduced. Of course, you can also use nitrogen and other inert gases, but the gas cost will be higher.

3. Adjust the focus

It is complicated to adjust the focal length to solve the problem of hole burst, so we need to debug step by step in cutting the sample to make the focal length focus on the surface of the cutting plate. If thick plates are cut, the beauty of cutting will be reduced.

4. Upgrade equipment
