However, there are many basic functions of red light debugging, which also have important effects on the identification and positioning of laser marking machines.
The laser does not disturb the red light mark. The red light debugging effect specifically includes the following three points:
★ The red light can also be used as the focus of the laser marking machine, that is, the indication of the laser marking distance;
★ The red light debugging is used as the marking light in the debugging resonant cavity optical path;
★ As the marking light used for laser marking positioning of optical fiber laser marking machine, according to the difference of laser marking software, it can be used to mark the center of laser marking, the length and width of laser marking picture, the overall modeling of laser marking picture and other marking methods;
Special attention should also be paid to opening the red light debugging of the laser marking machine, and the actual operating staff should be familiar with the machine and equipment. For example, the red light debugging of general laser marking machine manufacturers is open on the laser marking software.
Press the key F1 to turn the red light control switch on, off or open the red light button on the marking interface for actual operation. If you only see the galvanometer in motion and no red light comes out, check first whether the mechanical control switch is not open when controlling the red light, check whether the switch power supply of the red light is open, and use a multimeter to check whether there is 5V voltage between the two red and black lines of the red light indicator, If the voltage is 5V and there is no laser output, the red light indicator can indeed be replaced.
