What problems should be paid attention to in typesetting of optical fiber laser cutting machine

What problems should we pay attention to when typesetting optical fiber laser cutting machine? I believe many people have encountered similar problems. Before using the optical fiber laser cutting machine, the prepared drawings will be imported into the program, and then the graphics will be arranged on a board using the typesetting software, so that the laser cutting machine can process the products in batches. Typesetting is an important process in the optical fiber laser cutting machine. If the typesetting is not correct, it will not only reduce the work efficiency, but also waste the processing materials, The cutting effect of the whole processing material will also be directly affected.
1. Corner melting: when cutting corners, deceleration treatment will be carried out to generate a small radius at the corner, so as to maintain high-speed cutting and avoid melting of steel plates due to long cutting time, so as to obtain good cutting quality, reduce cutting time and improve productivity.
2. Spacing between parts: Generally, thick plates and hot plates are cut, and the spacing between parts should be large, because the heat effect of thick plate hot plates is large. When cutting sharp corners and small figures, it is easy to burn edges, which affects the cutting quality.
3. Lead wire setting: In the process of cutting thick plates with laser cutting machine, in order to ensure good connection of cutting seams and prevent burns at the beginning and end, a transition line, called lead wire and tail wire, is often introduced at the beginning and end of cutting.
4. Common edge cutting: two or more types of parts are combined into one common edge. Large quantities of regular graphics should share the same edge as much as possible. Common edge cutting can greatly shorten the cutting time and save raw materials.
5. Part collision: In order to maximize the production efficiency, many laser cutting equipment operate continuously for 24 hours, and use unmanned automatic loading/unloading devices to hit the tipping parts after cutting, causing damage to the cutting head and production interruption, resulting in large losses.
6. Surplus material handling: After the laser cutting machine finishes cutting the parts, the skeleton like leftover material on the worktable of the laser cutting equipment needs to be removed as soon as possible to facilitate subsequent cutting operations. For the laser cutting equipment without automatic unloading device, the skeleton shaped residual material can be cut into small pieces to facilitate rapid removal.
