If the control mode option in the main board parameter is set to closed loop, and the size of the raster in X and Y directions is not inserted inversely, the control mode will be set to open loop or inserted inversely in X and Y directions when the machine is started, and there will be no self-inspection and no abnormal noise. You can pull out the grating ruler to see if it can be cut accurately.
3. The horizontal and vertical correction is not adjusted properly, so readjust.
4. The calibration file and template file are not well prepared and need to be readjusted.
5. The cutting parameters are not adjusted properly, so readjust them.
6. The light emitted by the ring lamp is too dark, which may also lead to inaccurate cutting of the machine. Replace the ring lamp.
