Maintain the technological development trend that is synchronized with the international advanced level, focus on breaking through several key technologies, and solve the bottleneck restricting the development of my country’s laser technology industry. Closely integrated with the main battlefield of national economic construction, with the transformation and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements as the core, it focuses on solving the core key technologies of laser unit devices, system integration and processing technology. Increase the research and development of new products to provide technical reserves for industrial development.
For laser cutting and welding lasers, optical devices, light guide systems and supporting components of laser processing equipment, we continue to provide new technologies, new designs and new prototypes, focusing on the development and production of high-power axial fast-flow CO2 lasers, all-curing YAG lasers, new Movable laser processing machine and composite laser welding technology. The specific measures are as follows:

In the process of integrating existing system integrators, the government should play the role of intermediary and service, create opportunities for companies with mature conditions to go public and raise funds, further optimize the structure of property rights, and lay a solid foundation for further development .
(2) Improve the supply chain to create and grow a group of parts suppliers with core technologies. The foundation of an industry is supported by many component suppliers. For the Wuhan area, such a group of component suppliers should include optical devices (such as optical lenses, focusing mirrors, mirrors and transmission fibers, etc.), precision machining, laser power supplies, and precision electronics. At the same time, these parts supplier groups should have core technologies in this field, which is of great significance to promote the entire laser processing industry. Supporting enterprises are the foundation of an industry, especially those that master core technologies and possess independent intellectual property rights, which are of great significance to the development of the industry.
(3) Introducing and digesting from a high starting point, and encouraging the development of a group of supporting enterprises. First of all, it is necessary to encourage the cooperation between supporting enterprises and scientific research institutions. This is a relatively fast method; secondly, enterprises should keep an eye on the trend of technological development and constantly introduce new ones; , the government can encourage the development of supporting enterprises through the arrangement of scientific and technological project plans, tax policies and other means.
(4) Increase market efforts This requires system integrators to invest more in the promotion of laser processing technology and the establishment of market networks, including developing overseas markets at certain times. Through the promotion and application, technical radiation and personnel training, the establishment of sub-centers, processing stations and joint ventures for laser processing demonstration applications in China will promote the development of my country’s laser processing industry.
(5) Domestic capital of the capital platform: Realize the diversification of equity investment, and introduce listed companies, state-owned investment companies, and private capital; The introduction of foreign capital can start from the supporting industries. After all, foreign capital has technical advantages in most supporting fields related to energy optoelectronics, and the supporting fields of investment are not as large as the investment system integration; Specialized laser processing increases the intensity of financial support, makes full use of the characteristics of domestic economic and social structure, and aims at high efficiency, applies advanced laser manufacturing technology, and develops, designs and manufactures high-efficiency laser processing production lines with international leading levels.
