1. Dilution ventilation is general ventilation. Use air freshener to dilute and reduce harmful substances in the air, so that the concentration of harmful substances in the indoor air does not exceed the allowable concentration specified in the health standard, and at the same time, continuously discharge the polluted air to the outside or collect and purify it.

General ventilation includes natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation. In foreign countries, for outdoor CNC cutting operations or open space CNC cutting, natural ventilation is generally adopted, and for indoor operations, mechanical ventilation is usually adopted. Through the axial flow fan installed on the wall or ceiling, the welding fume in the workshop is discharged out of the room, or it is recycled in the workshop after being purified by the purifier, so as to reduce the smoke concentration in the workshop. Recycle the purified air to solve the energy loss in the workshop, which is widely used abroad.

2. Exhaust treatment The exhaust treatment is generally only aimed at local operation of the cutting surface. Specifically, the local air flow is controlled to prevent the local working place from being polluted by harmful substances and maintain a good air environment. Generally, the local exhaust unit is composed of four parts: gas hood, air duct, purification system and fan. Local exhaust can be divided into fixed local exhaust system and mobile local exhaust system according to different gas gathering methods. The fixed local exhaust system is mainly used in large NC cutting production workshops with fixed operation places and workers’ operation modes, and can fix the position of the gas collecting hood at one time according to the actual situation. The working state of the mobile local exhaust system is relatively flexible, and different working postures can be adopted according to different working conditions to ensure the processing efficiency and convenience of operators. The purification system of CNC cutting smoke and harmful gases usually adopts the purification method of combining bag or electrostatic precipitator with adsorbent, with high treatment efficiency and stable working condition.
