The cooling water shall be replaced in time. The cooling water shall be pure water. The conductivity requirement is: 30us/cm<conductivity<50us/cm. If the conductivity is greater than 50us/cm, the cooling water shall be replaced in time; If the conductivity is less than 30us/cm, tap water can be added to the cooling water. When adding tap water, pay attention to monitoring the conductivity value to avoid the conductivity exceeding the requirements.
The case is sealed. Pay attention to keep the enclosure closed during use to prevent the external high temperature and high humidity air from entering the enclosure. The following aspects should be paid attention to when checking the airtightness of the case:
1. Whether the doors of each machine cabinet are closed tightly; Whether the lifting bolts at the top are tightened; Whether the protective cover of the unused communication control interface at the rear of the chassis is properly covered and whether the used one is fixed; Check whether the power line connection inlet is sealed.
2. If the cabinet door of the cabinet needs to be opened for some reasons during use, the water chiller needs to be closed before the cabinet door can be started. After the cabinet door can be closed, please turn on the power switch of the laser and operate it for more than 60 minutes according to the starting sequence of the fiber laser, and then turn on the water chiller. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the water chiller reaches the set temperature ± 1 ℃, the fiber laser will be on the high voltage.
