1. Before starting the machine, carefully check the pressure of laser working gas and cutting gas every day. If the air pressure is insufficient, replace it in time.
2. Check whether the X axis zero point, Y axis zero point, Z axis zero point, laser preparation state and other buttons are damaged (check the indicator).
3. Check whether the zero point, limit switch and bumper mounting screws of X axis, Y axis and Z axis are loose, and check whether the limit switch of each axis is sensitive.
4. Check whether the circulating water level in the cooler is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it must be added in time.
5. Check the external optical circuit for leakage. The leakage must be handled in time, otherwise the service life of the optical lens will be affected.
6. After cutting every day, check whether the focusing lens is damaged.
7. Check whether the retractable skin cavity of the external optical path is burned or damaged.
8. After the daily work is completed, timely clear the chips, clean the work site, and keep the work site clean and tidy. At the same time, the equipment shall be cleaned to ensure that all parts of the equipment are clean and free of stains, and that no debris can be placed in any part of the equipment.
9. After the daily work is completed, open the drain valve of the air tank at the bottom of the air compressor to discharge. After the waste water is discharged, close the drain valve.
10. After completing the daily work, please shut down the machine according to the shutdown steps, and then turn off the general power supply of the whole machine tool.
