Self-inking rubber stamps are convenient to use and save time for the consumer. To make one using a Trotec Laser, begins with a design.
Take your custom design and set up your print options using the software linked to your Laser.
On your computer screen, drag your design to where the Laser will read it on the Laser machine.
Although there are multiple kinds of rubber stamp materials, this customized design is burned onto odorless rubber.
Watch as the Laser emblazons the design in only a couple minutes. Lasering time is determined by the size of the stamp.
Notice how the Laser also cuts out the finished product as its final step.
Simply remove the odorless rubber from the Laser and rinse with cold water, scrubbing off any residue created by the process.
Dry off the rubber using a heavy duty paper towel.
Once dry, remove finished product from the odorless rubber piece.
Take your Ideal self-inking rubber stamp case and press to flip the base.
Once it is locked into place, remove the self-sticking film from the base.
Using tweezers, carefully place your completed rubber stamp onto the base’s prepared sticky side.
Release the base and allow to flip back into starting position. Since the case already contains the ink, simply press down to see your image.
