You will receive apleted machine but not machine parts, customers do not need to install it and can use it directly.
Q2: How to operate the leather engraving machine? is training necessary?
The machine is mainly controlled by software. It’s very easy, notplicated. Before shipment, we will make a simple operation manual with pictures and provide a user manual of software. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with the laser marking machine before can still operate it very well.
Q3: In case the leather laser marker has a problem, how to do after-sales service?
We provide two years of machine warranty. During the two years warranty, in case the leather laser engraver exists a problem, we will provide parts required free of charge by express. But as for the parts damaged by artificially, it does not fall within our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide a lifetime repair service.

We have 3 layers package. For the outside is a plywood case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by a waterproof plastic bag.
