Here we have used our K40 laser cutter to engrave a slate coaster and apply gold paint using a masking tape mask.
Tools needed:
laser cutter
slate coasters
masking tape
duct tape (or any other strong tape)
clear lacquer
paint (I have used an airbrush but spray paint will be fine)
