In this video, we will build a super portable and precise Arduino-powered laser engraver. We will explore a new and unusual way of building these DIY machines by using rotational axis instead of linear ones, achieving great precision and unlimited range in a surprisingly small package that can be powered simply from a power bank and controlled wirelessly using a smartphone.
The LT360 6 axis laser cutting system is ideal for 3D parts, bent, hydroformed or pre-assembled tubes or flat and pressed sheets.
Traditional cutting, drilling, piercing, milling and deburring operations, which are normally carried out in sequence, can now be performed on a single machine in a single cycle.
This makes finished parts without ‘work in progress’ inventory, consequently reducing material handling costs and streamlining the entire production process – as well as downsizing the space needed for storage.
The system is equipped with a fiber laser capable of processing any type of metallic components (mild steel, copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, galvanized steel, etc.) at high speed with excellent quality.
Possible jobs:
– trimming and piercing on bends
– high quality and accurate cuts, ideal for welding by robots during a later assembly stage
– finishing of hydroformed parts
– piercing anywhere on bent tubes
– preformed sheet trimming
– processing of preassembled frames

This CO2 engraving machine, with engraving area of 12″x8″ (30x20cm), integrates the newest light, machine, and electricity mechanical movement to design this high precise and high speed three generations modal CO2 LASER Engraver. Equipped with one 40W water cooling laser tube, high precise stepping motors, and high-quality LCD control board. It employs a USB port and thus can be connected to your laptop or desktop. By the support of included software, CorelDraw, this machine can work well with multiple graphic formats including EMF/JPG/PLT/WMF. CorelDraw has the ability of both NewlySeal and NewlyDraw and so it can be employed in both carving and cutting works. All laser engraving machines can not carve/cut metal or ceramics.

Features
CO2 Laser Tube
Adopts advanced sealed-off 40W laser tube. The high-pressure discharge excites a high-concentration CO2 gas to produce a laser having a wavelength of 10.6um for engraving and cutting.
Premium Laser Head
The high-precision laser head, with high quality, reliable performance, and durability, improves engraving precision and performance.
Accurate LCD Panel
Temperature display and laser power display make it easier and clearer to observe the condition of the machine. It comes with laser switch, emergency stop switch, power switch, lighting switch.
USB Connectivity
It employs a USB port for convenient connection to desktop or laptop, which obtains a more precise and better control of engraving.
Effective Heat Dissipation
A pipeline exhaust fan and air vents are included. Effectively reduce all electronic components’ temperature, thus length their lifetime.
Convenient Wheels & Handle
Equipped with 4 rotational wheels, which saves force when moving the machine and makes direction changing easy; The cover of the engraver comes with a handle for convenient opening and closing.

This is my setup of the K40. It was a little more tedious than I expected.

Moreover, I realized that modifications were required for proper operation.
After installing the laser I noticed that the alignment was wrong so I had to work on aligning the laser dot correctly but it’s not included in the video because there are many good videos on alignments see the links below
6:14 -The air assist blows a jet of air downward toward the laser beam while the material is being engraved or cut I build the heiresses because I learned that without it the cat is not as clean and as precise so I decided to build my own
