For the inspection of the stabilized power supply for laser cutting, mainly observe the compensation transformer to see whether the temperature rise of the voltage transformer is normal, whether there is overheating, coil discoloration and other phenomena. Check whether the carbon brush is in good condition during contact, monitor whether the input and output voltages are normal and whether there is overload.

In order to carry out more strict maintenance and service, dust and dirt on all parts of the voltage regulator should be removed every three months, the chain drive system should be checked for normal operation, the sprocket should be oiled, the chain should be adjusted for tightness, and the carbon brush holder should be checked for tilt and seizure. If found, it should be adjusted.

In addition, check whether the electrical contact is damaged, and replace or repair it in time; Check whether the column-type voltage regulating transformer operates flexibly and whether the carbon brush is in good condition. Replace the damaged or heavily worn carbon brush in time. If there are burns or carbon brush powder on the contact surface of the coil, use No. 0 fine sand to polish and remove dust in time.

Once the above abnormalities are found in laser cutting, they should be handled immediately or directly contacted with the manufacturer for repair, so as to avoid causing disasters.
