Treatment of cutting quality problems of optical fiber laser cutting machine

The main parameters affecting the cutting quality of fiber laser cutting machine are: cutting height, cutting nozzle model, focus position, cutting power, cutting frequency, cutting duty cycle, cutting gas pressure and cutting rate. Common introspection shall be conducted when the cutting quality is poor. Main introspection contents and procedures of common introspection:
1 Cutting height
(It is recommended that the actual cutting height should be 0.8~1.2mm). If it is forbidden according to the actual cutting height, calibration is required.
2 Cutting nozzle
Check whether the model and size of the cutting nozzle are used incorrectly, and if they are correct, check whether the cutting nozzle is damaged and whether the roundness is deformed.
3 Optical center
It is recommended to use a cutting nozzle with a diameter of 1.0 for optical center reflection, and the focus should be between – 1 and 1.2. It is easy to see the light spots that are shot in like this.
4 Maintenance lens
Check whether the maintenance lens is clean. It is required to be free of water, oil and slag. Sometimes the maintenance lens fogs due to climate or too cold air.
5 Focus
